Study in the Kingdom
The esteemed King Abdulaziz University , boasting a beautiful campus, a truly diverse student population, and a location in the seaside, commercial capital of the Kingdom, Jeddah, and the equally prestigious King Saud University, a research hub located in the heart of the Kingdom’s frenetic capital city, Riyadh, offer a wealth of courses in both English and Arabic to American college students for either a semester or full-academic year of study. In addition to a first-rate academic experience, the program offers students comfortable housing near the university; meals at eating establishments on campus; health insurance coverage; a visa obtained on their behalf; membership in student organizations offering exciting activities, including organized trips; and a 5-day/4-night luxury excursion each semester to destinations of historical/cultural significance (e.g., Medina, Al-Ula, Ha’il). In addition, Muslim students are offered the opportunity to perform Umrah: a 3-day pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina, fully covered by the program. Each student in the program is paired with an enrolled Saudi national and will also be assigned a faculty adviser. In addition, students will have the opportunity to meet with Saudi dignitaries as part of a formal speaker series. Finally, the program will transport participants to and from the airport upon their arrival/departure.
